I ordered this phone and it was delivered on 14th August. The phone was okay for 8-9 days but afterwards the problem with battery started. I am highly irritated as I am unable to return the product as the windows has been closed. The only favour I can do for rest of the people is the piece of advice to not go with this jerk phone. With 100% battery, the phone will get discharged within 4 hours without any use or operation.

Bought this mobile on 7th Dec, delivered on 12th Dec 2018. However, its not up to the mark...keeps hanging...touch not working properly...sound quality below average. Does not work even with basic apps...leave alone heavy ones. Absolutely disappointed. Want to return the same. Please help.

battery performance is poor, gets discharge very soon. Vodafone sim is not working in it but it works in other phones as checked. Slow processing from the very first day. Phone catches the heat after few minutes of use.

Its a defective piece . Ever time or hangs. Battery goes away in 45 min. Hearing quality is horrible. Please do not buy this piece

Touchscreen is very rough. After multiple taps on screen things are getting selected. Screen touch is not working as usual.

I have bought a new Karbonn A9 Indian (Black-Champagne), but its battery backup is too poor. decision to purchase it is purely wastage of money.
