After using this product/mobile for 20 days, the mobile has got major defect. While checked it seems like the board has been collapsed. Wondering how to return back this product?!! Mobile quality is too bad. Never expected it.

Great package in low price 3.0 stars
I like it the phone Karbonn A9 Indian. By the way I got a white colour which looks gorgeous. Also, you get Android nougat at very low price. I tried and what a surprise split screen work perfectly.
