Bad customer service 1.0 stars
I have come back after one year to write this review. I had bought this phone for my 65-year-old mother on her birthday. There was a problem with the phone's battery right from the first day. First I tested it myself and then finally my father took it to the service centre to have it fixed. They kept the phone for two months and then returned it. But the problem persisted. The phone was sent back to the service centre twice after that, the last time with the request to replace it. But the same phone was sent back again with the claim that it had been fixed. By this time, the one-year warranty on the phone had ended, but the phone did not get fixed.
One doesn't know whether it's a bad phone or we just got a bad piece. But one thing is very clear -- Karbonn's customer service is one of the worst. I have bought three phones from them before, but this one was definitely my last.

very bad experience with Karbonn mobile phone and Amazon 1.0 stars
i have purchase this mobile and after some month its has hang,dead,vaibret problem, i give it to repair this mobile at rajkot TARANG TECHNO karbonn care while my warranty period they charge for mobile problem Rs. 10,903 while i have purchase this product only in Rs 4999 its very bad experience with Karbonn mobile phone and Amazon

i thought that my money gone waste but after 3 months the battery itself started working ... 3.0 stars
at first 2 months phone battery drained fastly and i went to service center they said that the phone emi is not registered and its a duplicate phone ,i thought that my money gone waste but after 3 months the battery itself started working normal.... till now its okay

Good one in 5k 4.0 stars
After using it for almost 1 year,I can say its a good budget phone!
Camera: Front is really good,with some cool features like blink capture,rear is also good,clear pic,but not the best you would expect a 8mp camera to be!
Display:Nice and stylish,4.7 inch display!
Performance : Alright for daily moderate use,hangs sometimes buy thats rare!
Sound,call facility and internal memory: Good

There's some heating and battery use,but the battery would last a day or more with moderate use! And the display is somewhat dull in daylight!but thats not a big issue as you can control the brightness!
Go for it....probably best one in 5k range!
