i thought to buy a branded phone, but temted and bought this phone. Phone get a blank screen after 45 days of use and not even starting.. I hate this phone

Phone is realy good , games like Nfs,asphalt 8,modern conbat easily runs without any lag.but battery could have been better.overall good looking and featured phone at this price.

Cheap battery . I orderd it 6 months before N now its screen stop working . idk whtz wrong. Wanna repair it. I HV 1 year warranty card. Plz tell me how exchng or repair AMAZON

I bought this phone for 1 month it worked little bit better with some minor hanging problems.but after 1 month the phone gets heat with or without getting charge it automatically gets on/off by its own. Hanging problems and all.amazon you haven't give me a phone but you had given me a box inside a box.

I purchased this phone in oct 2015. Price was indeed less than that in local shops. Pros: Display & camera good (at this price), shake screenshot feature good; Cons: generally heats up while browsing , proximity sensor failed after about 1&1/2 month. Hesitant to go to service centre for fear of losing the remaing original quality.

This model has a heating issue near the phone speaker. When you make or receive a call, the area near the phone speaker gets hot within seconds and your ears get hot and start sweating.
If you use earphones or bluetooth device then the heating Issue may not affect you.
Amazon's delivery service is really good. They arranged the return of the phone also. The refund is pending which is likely to be completed soon.

Awesome phone with less price ..go for it guys best phone by karbonn. .nice camera , gud battery life and better performance ..recommended for everyone who looking for budget phone ..

This the best phone under 4500,when u not concentrate on battety.good camera quality.1gb ram&8gb internal.it has many features.But one and only big drawback is battery.,battery had poor backup,100%charge is not enough for a half a day.if u decide to buy this phone.,please buy a powerbank.otherwise it is a great choice.some time it will get heated.But i'm satisfied with this phone.I placed the order in15 feb .,it is delivered within 3 days,i'm also satisfied with amazon delivery.The hesdset was not worked with in one day.

its battery backup is very low. Without using phone, the battery is going to down even it has been switched off after some time. its battery is not very good.

Kindly give suggestion how to improve battery backup or replaced.
