yes it does have inbuilt app store. but however there are only a limited number apps available comparing to the number of apps available in Microsoft Lumia phone. also many settings, like call blocking are not available in it but that facility is available in other windows phone.

By default windows phone have no better apps like android, but the windows version used on karbon have lesser features and apps than lumia windows. It crash atleast once a day sometimes five to six times a day. We have to remove and re-insert battery so many times. I broke this thing into 100 pieces . it always crash during important calls or email. see less

Gsm sim support. Amazon delivery & collection all are good,But mobile frequently network automatically disconnect issue, so this mobile only 2 days using, i have complaint raised to Amazon customer care he is quik responsed & collected mobile, bill amount returned ok.
