battery-charging problems start after 2 -3 months 2.0 stars
this is very nice phone for 3 to 4months after that you have to cry and wait for months to come out of service center it has inbuilt defect battery/charging problems.

Crashes atleast three times a day. 1.0 stars
1. Dont buy this crap. crashes always.
2. Cant keep office open for long.
3. Excel claims to have editing document facility. But it edits only headers of every table does not edit remaining cells.
4. can not create or edit powerpoint slides
5. cant play any game.
6. Windows is ok but important facilities are missing. This version of windows have lesser features than the lumia windows
7. There is no silent mode. You cant switch to silent mode with single key stroke. You can reduce the volume to zero from thirty. there is some thing called "QUITE HOURS" but that does not work in India. Just to keep my phone silent I have to fly to USA? funny.

Perfect and affordable as well! Got it for my mother and she seems happy with it. The specification are decent to run games like Asphalt 8 and GTA SA. Go for it!
