Overheating, bad service 1.0 stars
Bought the device on 26 Dec 2016, due to overheating issues raised a replacement request on 28th Dec, 2016 got rejected without investigation. Later technician called and requested to observe the device for a day and if the issue still persisted to raise another request.

Since the issue persisted I raised a replacement request again on 30th Dec. It again got rejected saying the technician will do an inspection. He came on 3rd Jan, 2017 and did a test for less than 10 minutes without any appl...
