There is a pin available in the box, which is used to extract a slot on which you can put the Sims and insert it back. The slot is location on the left side of the phone and there is a hole for pin.

I am using the phone from say 5 months now. Yes It went hot after playing High graphics game for 1.5-2 Hrs. But Full Day wifi+4g on,3-4 hrs Phone talk, 2 Hrs of video calls. Phone is not getting hot.

I found it above average in this price. Brightness can be an issue for you if you are looking a really good quality camera.

GO to settings > More> Cellular Networks  > Access point names > there is a option to reset to default. After this thing getting done Put on airplane mode, then disable airplane then restart mobile

why this phone hanging too much?
using this phone since 5 months and it is been good. doesn't hang so often. once in a while even the most expensive phone gets stuck
