THIS LENOVA PHONE IS VERY WORST MODEL 1.0 stars
THE PHONE IS JUST ONE WEEK OLD AND IT IS NOT WORKING KEEPS HANGING UP EVERY ONE HOUR SUGGEST NO BODY TO BUY THIS MODEL PHONE IT MIGHT BE A FAILURE MODEL

WORST PHONE I EVER CAME ACROSS 1.0 stars
Dear friends, had purchased this garbage box on 24th April 2015, it stopped working on 23rd July 2015. but best part of this phone is its service providers. since July till date, it is lying at service station and in this 4 months their expert technicians are unable to repair it. more over I was amazed when 2 days before the people informed me that on 24th of October 2015 its warranty expired and now they will repair it under paid repairy. hats off to team Lenovo. there are good service providers and bad service providers. but first time in my life i have came across terribly worse service providers who ultimately convince customers that i under-sign to forget that i had ever purchased any product from you and happily agree to forget the money i wasted on its purchase but please stop playing pranks to harass me. technically also there is nothing in the phone except its battery backup what the company claims, but its just a temporary dream. Within 2 months even an average user has to charge the phone daily. so rather than purchasing this smart garbage box i highly recommend to purchase 10 year old Nokia basic phones. at least you will gain peace of mind.

reboot every time 3.0 stars
Set is having trouble in connectivity and always get hang up. I have to do reboot every time.

My lenovo s 860 phone is touch pad not working correctly. Where is lenovo service center for repàiring this product.and sometime is suddenly very heat when using charging and app also not working.

Only Battery performance is nice bt the main problem is mobile is hanging in calling n msging 1.0 stars
I bought Lenovo s860 mobile & within 1 month I am facing hanging problem like when I touch phonebook icon or msg icon it becomes blanck n after some time it shows contact manager is not working & a dialouge box appears with two options like u want to WAIT or OK to move out phonebook option.
But battery is working well.
Plz give me any solution if u can my dear Frnds. I am very disappointed.

I bought a Lenovo S860 Titanium Smart Phone in April2015. It is working satisfactorily except network problem, due to which I am really disappointed with the product. I am experiencing network issues consistently whereas my other phones, which are much low priced than this phone, work excellently with very good connectivity that too with the same sim cards at same places. I called to customer care, they recommended to visit nearest service center, I handed over the phone to begampeth (hyderabad) service center, as per them they changed the mother board and returned phone after 10days, this network problem stil not resolved, Today Dated 05th Sept 2015, I again visited to Begampeth service center, Service Engineer taken almost 3 hr, did some thing and returned me back stating problem resolved and you will never face this problem, infront of him I changed the sim sequence and the performance was worst than earlier, he told very clearly Sir there is problem in this handset we cannot repair it, I asked give in writing, he refused to do so, he went inside and came back after 25minutes and asking to submit the phone, again we have to change the mother board, I refused to do so because he was confident that the phone is not repairable, Requesting Amazon to please exchange my phone with some other good quality phone.

INR 10000 in waste 1.0 stars
The packing of the material was good and the delivery was timely.
I got this phone on 25 July and am facing problems. The camera has stopped working. The msg displayed is cannot connect to camera.
In a dilema as cannot return the phone also, think 10000 inr have gone in waste.

Would appreciate if amazon ppl could be of any help. how i could return this even in exchange would be fine with me.
