Since the processor is Snapdragon 820, the phone manages to perform well even with 3 gigs of RAM. I have played some heavy games on my Zuk Z2 plus and honestly I never faced any sort of lag. 5

No, this phone doesn't heat up. Well if you are playing very heavy games for longer time...it shows a bit of heating but it is normal. It is a powerful device and serves all the purposes.
