At the time of ordering, it shows when they have a written offer that means offer is still valid. If it is not showing, then offer is expired. Let’s see how much they true it is. I had the offer flashed and Waiting for my order to receive. Hope so it turns out to be true.

It's conditional, you might get it or you might not get it. According to LG customer care, They will start analyzing claims in Jan and will send wireless charger in Jan 3rd week for only 1st 2000 customers. It's very ambiguous as customer will never know whether they are under 1st 2000 or not.

Is the dirty screen issue fixed in the batches sold in India? Or does the display still look blotchy and unevenly lit when you lower the brightness?
