Phone battery is continues to discharge when 4G data is on while plugged in the charger.

Cannot get jio sim at Reliance store 1.0 stars
I brought this phone on launch date. The phone looked good on specs and the primary reason I bought this phone is for JIO sim preview offer. The phone performance is ok. To get the JIO sim, I checked atleast 6 stores in Bangalore. But, each one of the store rep said we cannot give jio sim brought from Flipkart/ online store and they further said buy handset from us, we will give sim and get it activated within an hour.

I was very much frustrated and sadly returned the phone.
