Shipping is nice but product is waste

When called flipkart customer care the executive talked so rudely
I have replaced the item but problem not solved
Jio sim not support calling manytimes
Heating problem

I just received the product only 2 days back.
Look wise so nice,nice features,cam is also k for this range & battery back up is like all smartphones.this device battery is fulfilled his responsibilty which has 3000 MAH.
I have seen somany comments in other sites very negative.but this device quit opposite.
And finally,
I have to look foreword ......!
