Worst product from Micromax! Horrible service from Flipkart! 1.0 stars
I normally do not buy products from Flipkart, & I vow never to buy anything from them again! Horrible experience! Right from the beginning, the Micromax Canvas 1 couldn't be switched on. When I asked for replacement, they sent a technician, not at my convenience, but on their convenient date & time! I was out of station, so that guy called me to say that he had tested the phone & it was OK (a video to prove his claim was also sent via WhatsApp). Anyway, when I returned home, I could switch it...
