Initially i have purchased my mobile canvas 4 from a distributor and found issues with the mobile .. It was continuously restarting and showing some error related to "exposure to high temperature", where as i was in room temperature at chennai..

I have registered a complaint, and within 2 days i got a replacement of package.. This handset works fine..

My Friend in Pune Ordered Micromax Canvas 4. Two times he received a faulty product. First time the phone rebooted every time when internet was opened giving a thermal warning. I have purchased micromax canvas 4 from flipcart .But when I received it its display was showing some liquid like substance in it .When i contacted the flipcart for the said problem they refused me and told me to visit nearest micromax service centre for resolving the problem which is atleast 70 km from my residance.
I suggest the customers to buy the product from their locality not from online stores.

You should never go to this brand for any expensive/smart phone. This is my actual experience after use of this brand and taken lot of feedback from friends as well.

Within a month New purchased (Canvas 4) mobile handset has been completely dead and I have lost everything (Data, Pics, Video etc,.). Service center says software has been corrupted.

If you actually want to see the exact status of this brand then go to service center and can take feedback from user/customers.

The Product which was delivered to me i rate it as 4 Stars...It an Good Mobile..

However The Combo-offer which was been assured while Booking 32 GB SD card of 10x..for me was not given after speaking to Customer Care for a couple of days regarding combo offer not worth.. from Flipkart People.

Due this Bad Assurence and Poor delivary from the Courier People...Scared to Shop with Flip-kart..Especially Combo-Offers...Due to Which i have rated 2 Stars....

guys , i read all the reviews here on flipkart and even elsewhere and i was so eger to buy this cell phone which " everyone says is awesome " ! its probably not

the reason i am suffering after reading reviews here is i thought the camera is 13mp but when i bought it and checked its not even 8mp ! BUT , BUT in daylight its different the camera turns to be brilliant coz the aperture is high and can expose sun well !

and all apps don't get transferred to the memory card * Make a note of this...

You buy a Micromax phone it is like buying a lottery ticket, you may get a good one but if you get a bad phone the service is the worst. I have purchased a A210 through Flipkart in October, on its arrival we found WIFI and Bluetooth were not functioning properly and submitted for service at Hyderabad(Sri Dhatre Mobiles) they claimed to have rectified it but when I started using it found that the Volume Key is not working as well as no improvement found in Wifi and Bluetooth. So just dropping a review of this phone. This is the best mobile of 2013. Includes all most all the features that are needed within the cost. I am really impressed by its performance. Best place to buy is flipcart. They give best proice and prompt shipping. I suggest you guys to buy this b4 it gets out of stock.

I am using this mobile > 3 months, untill today I didn't find any flaw in this mobile. Using Vodafone 3G along with it its is marvellous. My friend said the video quality and picture quality from myside is excellent at the time of video chat.
