Very worst service Amazon is lies mene Amazon se purchase kiya Micromax doodle A240 pehle to defective product diya then replacement mai bhi esa he mila Bass 29 days chla Amazon and micromax both are not supporting me but Amazon is asking for DOA letter but service centre is not giving me they are saying this phone is end of life and the phone of date of activation is 01-01-2000 and service centre is accept this product and Amazon is saying contact to micromax and micromax is saying contact to Amazon means mere paise gai bht he gndi service hai Amazon ki and micromax ki no on support me Amazon shame on u and micromax if the product is end of life then Amazon u have to not shown on the Amazon site why r u showing that phone whose activation is 2000 now we are in 2017 soo plss help mee u both are saying Amazon and micromax contact to each other but I am not happy with this product bht he ghatia service hai Amazon ki but I want my refund Amazon i don't no anything but I want my refund ????????

Horrible experience 1.0 stars
It's not worth even one star. These are all 2013 manufactured handsets. The phone didn't even switch on and the I had to endure the whole pain of having a technician visiting me to check if indeed the product was defective and then being told that there's only replacement available for this product. Eventually post a lot of discussion did they initiate a refund. DON'T buy this product no matter how high the discount is.

Great product of Micromax. No issue after 2 years. But Canvas 5 E481 is worst which i had purchased 2 month back. Low battery backup n scratches created on screen although company claimed gorilla corning glass 3
