Back cover is sealed ,Battery life very poor. touch screen is good,overall performance is above average

I have been using this phone since October 2014. It has charging problem. I have
already taken it to customer care 5 TIMES till now. They repair it and the problem again starts after a week. I never ever had this terrible experience with any other phones. Charging problem cannot be solved.

I bought mine 4 months ago and i have already visited the service center once.
First of all, don't get excited about the octa-core proceesor. it hardly makes any difference compared to any avg. quad core processor phone.
Secondly, it has a 1 gb ram which stays occupied upto 60% idle, Thanks to all those pre-installed 3rd party apps( disable all of them to free some ram).
Thirdly, it has some serious heat issues.

VERY -VERY BAD product. since the begining charging system was not working, during the guarantee period charging system is attended 5-6 times, now service center , Bhilai is refusing to attend the problem.
Mobile is now dead. disappointing. MICROMAX SEEMS TO BE IRRESPONSIBLE.

From the design and performance aspect i would say this phone is incredible for its price range........
but the problem is with wifi
sometimes loses connection while showing the connection sign
does not connect and shows authentication problem while other devices in the room runs smoothly

please be aware as flipkart now days cheating to customer I have purchase the phone 25th and charged full but only batter backup 3 hours even only used for calls no apps nothing and when do the request for refund/replacement they rejected my requested,

Felling cheated and PLEASE do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE NOW.

I WAS REGULAR CUSTOMER but now looks they start cheating to customer.

its having only one slot for both nano sim and sd card, ... at the same time we cannot insert the nano sim as well as sd card, this is the major draw back in this mobile ,

otherwise front camera having better quality when compare to other mobiles...

use this mobile only as an single sim is the major draw back..
