I received my product in just 2 days in very good condition.
Product is great. Good value for money.

Used this phone for 3 yrs..... Not even a single problem faced within this time. Excellent product by Micromax.

I will just mention the cons, based on that you can decide if you want to go for this phone. I bought it from Flipkart and used it for 4 days after selling it off to someone else because flipkart wouldn't accept a return or exchange.
1. The rear camera is suppose to be 13MP but does not stand up to the quality. Feels like 5MP or so. The front camera, even though just 2MP, is better than the rear.
2. Battery life was just ok. Had to charge each day.

if you go by the features of this phone, this will mesmerize you. I am really really depressed by this phone now. It is not even been a month and this Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 hangs a lot. good interface, classy cool looking body, great performance as it is turbocharged with 2 gb ram and a quad core processor and internally lots of space of 12.5 gb which is solely available for the user, just little disappointed about the battery backup

Except Battery, Every thing is fine. Clear display. Slim and light weight.
Simply superb in looks. Its working fast enough.

I bought Micromax Canvas Turbo about 2 months back, well to be honest it delivered to my expectations partly.... Well the display is good, sound is good, storage memory of 16 GB is a plus too but the Internal memory (1 GB) for apps is not sufficient, plus there are apps installed that you don't even need... consuming your precious space for app installation. Picture quality for a 13 MP camera is disappointing too. If you are looking to buy this phone for gaming or something i will say DON'T....

Micromax has to improve the after sale service drastically to survive in the market.
Totally dissatisfied with this product as well as with the service.

Camera quality is poor, not even 8 MP. Flash is equal to NO.
Front camera is best at all.
Flash light need be improved by MMX.
