no it does not, since I bought if from Flipkart and they sild me an old phone, it does not work properly. you may buy it from Amazon or any other companies as they sell new phones.

Is there heating problem?
It gets heated while charging bt with a back cover it won't be a problem. gets cooled rapidly after charging is over.

Depends on the charger. If it is a standard moto charger it takes around 1.5 hours. While in other charger it takes much more.
