battery's back up is good enough but handset Heating issue is making me disturbed. though I have claimed for replacement handset heating issue is not solved at all

No it is not. It is water "resistanat" however. It means, it can resist water splashes or droplets but, coursing it underwater is sure to damage the phone. So, kindly do not try :)
