Mine is like just a month old and now I'm forced to buy a new phone. I had been using the moto g1 and changed to moto x2 as the former was passed on in the family.
The Battery backup is literally 1/4th of the 1.5yr old moto g.
After an unfortunate drop from less than 2 feet which my moto g withstood quite easily the screen is now cracked. On contacting the customer care they're asking 10k for the screen replacement.

First of all addressing all the complaints of screen cracking: If you are buying a 20K phone then please use a tempered glass protector. It goes without saying!

Looks: The perfect balance between form and function. However, the blue soft back looks different in real life from its pictures of Flipkart. So do google some images before buying.

Ergonomics: A 5.2 inch phone that comfortably snuggles in your palm. If you have average sized hands you can just about use it single-handedly. Buyers w...

after the update to 5.1android its lagging way to much it gets too hot when u use 4g or 3g for 15min i bought the 16gb version and the os itself takes 8gb

The product of this nature how can a company be so lackadaisical in there quality control.
The front camera has a speck on its lens which has been marked by a red marker circle but no one checked it it seems.
The speck and and the red marker circle is present in every photo being clicked
