The product has 2 key shortcomings that spoil the user experience.

1) The battery backup of the phone is extremely poor. With normal usage, it gives only about 4-5 hours. You can get higher backup only if you keep the screen brightness to lowest, disable all notifications, disable vibration modes, disable wifi scans etc.But if you do all that to get more battery backup, it spoils the overall user experience, I got this phone last week and have been upset about buying it.
