The software with this product is not userfriendly, there are many drawbacks as stated below: 1. There is no provision to view saved contact separately i.e. SIM 1 & SIM 2 as well as Phone memory contacts can not displayed in sequence.
Deleting contacts from separate list is not available.

Although i read a lot about the phone before going to buy it but reviews were mixed....
And I'm happy with the experience with this phone....

The ONLY PROBLEM is that touch from one corner is not working properly and creating a lot of problem, don't know the solution and don't know if Amazon can provide the same....

Would be very happy if they can provide me a solution to it at their end as i purchased from them and tried to build some trust for them.....

Would really be thankful if they can resolve it....

Nokia Asha 501 is a good phone and good value for money. Clarity of sound and videos are excellent, software features are extremely good and far better than the Motorola Charm i bought 3 years ago. Big minus is the build quality. One drop from your hand could prove to be distastrous to your investment.

I bought this as part of GOSF(Great Online Shopping Festival) 2013 for Rs.3889 !! The same was delivered to me at Kolkata in just 2 days. The packaging was nice and the product works as per my expectations. My wife, for whom the phone was purchased is really happy. It has Whatsapp as well. Only problem is that you cannot uninstall any pre-installed app. Else the phone is great at the price we got it..

Did not meet my expectations 3.0 stars
With the updated software and whats app it has become too slow and irritates. Thinking of going for a higher end mobile.

One Drawback this handset 3.0 stars
Battery of this hand set automatically come out as i remove the back case of this set.
picture zooming is not avalable.
But its good small and handy

Ring tone or volume is so low that I missed a good number of calls . Slow in connectivity so far 2G is concerned.

It is a good product, as expected from Nokia. Touch is very good, functions are simple and looks of the phone are attractive. Camera quality is also good as the pictures taken are nice. I like the product, it is a worthy product.
