it does not have IR blaster but it has video calling facility and the video quality is great as promised no issues in video calling connection.

Yes it works fine with jio. It is a volte phone and there is no need to turn data on for making and receiving jio calls.

Yes, it has at the bottom of home screen on front side, but i have never used it, the phone is 95% value for money except for battery running time.
