In three months my device give a motherboard problem and after 7 days they said that part is not available sir whenever part is available we will call you and till date i am not getting my device this kind of service not except from Panasonic worst

It's not a good product... There camera is so blur to taken any pic .. In this phone there is no clarity..

It's too genuine belive me... before this I have redmi 3s,4100mah battery, same processor...bt panasonic 3000mah battery is bettar than redmi 4100,& other performance is tooo good,I purchase it 6699 (exchange 3s -2400)...it's little bit heat while charging for quick charging(before 90 min fully charged)but not as redmi,and also redmi 3s fully charged aprox 3:30 hour...but panasonic is more better than redmi as compare hitting issu,charging issu,camera,battery & overall performance, ????...Panas...

Useless music and audio arbo is not working properly, earpiece speaker is too slow to listen , loudspear is not good voice and headphones are too bad , anyways looks and camera is good

Absolutely not satisfied with product as the glass shattered withing three months of purchase. However it is still working with the shattered glass and I never bothered to visit service centre who would invariably have asked to leave the mobile behind for repair. Not sure if company has at all used gorilla glass because I have used the same on Moto e and found it practically unbreakable in normal drops.

For the price range this is the best mobile.

For music lovers the combination with jbl c 150 since earphones is sort of ultimate.

I received the phone today itself. Have to say Panasonic has put up a great device. I don't see any problem whatsoever. To all those people who complained that the device is heating too much while charging are technically illiterate. Folks this is a fast charger powered by Qualcomm quick charging and its rating is 12 volte so it is bound to heat. All turbo charging mobiles do heat up so that shouldn't be the case only with this device. I would suggest them not to charge the battery in one go,...
