Everything was okay but earplugs were missing from the mobile box

Best price category phone. Simply Value for money. Awsome performance with Helio P60 ... no lagging. Picture quality is as per Oppo goodwil with a little extra beautification but thats what's now majority needed. Sound quality is great with or without headphone, you can not complain. Though the battery is not so powerful as comparing to other competitors but you will be amazed to see the performance .. with heavy use it will march for whole day, so no need to worry. Damn good battery performance.
But but but .. it's a messege to the CEO of Realme, pls. do add notification light, for me it matters so much.
And it gets a little hot during charging and heavy net using. Though it is negligible.
Another thing that I suffered is screen visibility under bright Sun while applying dark theme background.
Overall it's a great and beautiful phone. A big congratulation to the Realme team for providing such a performer in disguise (using the word disguise because of its price range)

Don't buy realme phone because only one service center available in Chennai for whole tamilnadu and spares are not available, display quality is very worst and also display price is Rs 4500.so don't buy it

Amazing phone. But the launch of the RealMe 2 phone has made this model instantly obsolete.

Cons:
1) No one makes flipcovers for this model
2) Its not listed on ANY website's "Exchange" list (including here on Amazon!!!!)
3) You cannot root it.
4) No custom ROMs supported

After a week used. Found that one of the best mobile ever I have used. Display is awesome. Wonderful speed. Camera, face unlock everything simply superb. Don't think about finger print unlock and dual camera. Because face unlock is pretty faster like finger unlock. Camera focusings are wonderful. Just close your eyes and buy it.

3.selfie camera is better than asus max pro m1 and redmi 6 pro
4.avg low light photography but in this range it is best
5.killer design
6.good disply.. but not as good as genfone max pro
6.fast processor
7.lightweight
8.audio o/p in earphones is brilliant..
Cons:
1.screen is not bright enough even at higher brightness level.. should be a problem in sunlight conditions
2.no fingerprint scanner
3.audio output not loud but it is decent

Overall it's a decent buy.. no regrets

I bought this phone for my father as a birthday gift. It got delivered in time and initially he was very happy with the performance and quality of the phone. But after using almost 2 months, all of a sudden lower half of the screen turned black.
We went to the Authorization center and they promised to replace the screen with new as it was in warranty period. Since last 1.5 months we have been visiting the center but still not received the screen.
This is not expected from a company which promise so much customer satisfaction.
I don't know where to report this issue now.
