After using the phone for over a month. Realme 1 6+128 gb Solar red. Here are my opinions on the device.

Straight up, great phone. I used this phone regularly for various purposes gaming, social media, multimedia content, photography and I'm not dissapointed with it at all.

Good things:
The face unlock feature is freaking fast. It works on device lift and it's so fast you don't even see the lock screen. It's really accurate as well in proper lighting conditions. In low light it performs fairly fine, given autobrightness for unlock is kept on. I use it for apps as well as it is so good and quick.
Camera: Photographs in natural lightening with this are so good, comparable to very costly phones out there. Especially nature photos with HDR mode come really great. Although in artificial lightening not so good as compared to the natural lightening. But nonetheless, I would give 3/5 for indoor photography with scarce lighting.
Gaming: Bought the 6gb variant for gaming purpose and played heavy games like PUBG, Asphalt 9 and many casual games. Had to play a really long time for the heating to kick in. Great experience.
Battery: Lasts one day for any kind of use.
User experience: Very fluidic and fast. Switching between apps is really quick and no lag. Apps stay in memory also.
OS: ColorOS in my opinion had some great features, three finger screenshot, privacy protection for apps, Clone apps and game acceleration. You don't have to worry about calls while playing PUBG ;)
Music on earphones is very good compared to the speaker on this device.

Bad things:
Low light photography.
ColorOs. Swiping notification is two swipes that is a little annoying.
One feature I missed was LED notification light.

Conclusion:
A great device for this range. I hope there are a few software upgrades in the future as promised by the CEO. I would recommend this to a fellow friend 10/10.

Summary of product experience after initial 6 days of usage.
1. Display quality is excellent 10/10.
2. Sound quality via earphones is very crisp and good. 9/10. Sound quality by speaker 7/10.
3. Battery life fairly decent. 7/10
4. My model is 4 GB 64 GB, I strongly recommend to buy 6 GB variant for better Ram management. Custom UI optimization seems to need improvement. Ram Management 6/10.
UI experience is good in the sense it is very feature rich. But as mentioned it needs optimization.
5. Processor speed is awesome. No lag observed in day to day functional usage.
6 Design is attractive and appealing but build is not that strong, a good back cover and tempered glass is advisable.
6. Face I'd unlock is very fast.
7. Above all it is Dual 4G Volte which I wanted.
8. Superb call quality.
9. Cameras front and rear are good. 8/10.
All in all it is a true value for money product. I miss the fingerprint sensor and led notification light but no regrets since I chose to manage without them.
Update on 2ns of December after 45 days of usage: This phois truly awesome. Super fast excellent audio quality through earphones, use the Poweramp music app for great experience. I am enjoying the smart assistant feature where in you can save your 10 most frequently used apps, shows your daily activity tracker, temperature, daily events, favourite contacts for easy access. I like the auto off auto on feature which I auto set from midnight to 4 am, 4gb Ram is pretty good for a moderate user. If you are a heavy user and gamer you can consider the 6GB variant, theme store is good and improving, cameras are pretty good and provide clear pictures. The additional expandable memory slot is comforting though most users may not require it. All in all I am very happy with my purchase of this product and Amazon services are very good as per my experience.

Everything is good except touch. The touch sometimes doesn't work while typing. Most of the time a key gets missed by mobile even though I've pressed it. Else everything is perfect and hence have 3 star. Touch issue happens most of the times. Like it if others are facing the same so that people gets to know if there's an issue for real.

The device is very stylish in terms of its looks and is very powerful. I bought the 6+128 variant and I must say the device works like a charm. Till date I didn't observe any lag or stutter. I am a very heavy user who has requirements like All day social media, games (PUBG), YouTube surfing, long calls and always connected to smart devices like bands and I must say the P60 underneath the device is really a great performer as the chip delivers constant performance without compromising on battery life, you can really feel the juice in the device it never finishes. I was able to get nearly 1 and 1/2 day juice after every full charge. Also charging isn't so long, I generally start charging the device at 40% and it reaches full in 1hr 20 min. Coming to camera its great for the price, although it doesn't compete with flagships it does offer great pics under good to moderate lighting conditions. You'll fall in love with the portrait mode of the camera once your start using it. Gaming on device is also great add the built-in software acceleration along with P60 gives a great lag free having experienc. Also with Android P promised upgrade the device is a great value of money product

I'm writing this review after using this phone for approx 6 months.
The performance of the phone is outstanding and the phone has never hanged. One of the best phones. Initially i was not sure about the oppo, but really loved the phone after recieving it.
The user interface and battery is much better than any of the other MI phones.
The display and camera is also outstanding. The phone is really a light weight phone.
The sound quality is also very good. There has been no problem at all while listening to other people on phone. Google voice always does my job and saves a lot of time. It clearly understands the word.
The wifi and bluetooth conectivity is also good. The wifi coverage specially is excellent.
I tried both Airtel and JIO 4G. It works fine.

The only con which i see is no fingerprint unlock.

The phone was worth every penny. Go for it without any second thought.

It's not a good product it's used products

Note: spent just one day with this phone but I know pretty much everything about it cuz 3 of my 4 best friends and 9 other friends are using the same device(note will be removed after the 2nd edit)
First of all, I got this phone for ≈8.5k in sale (≈11000-500 sale discount- 10% discount with sbi card- 10% Amazon pay balance)
The phone is the best in this price segment..(my last phone was honor 9 lite, which I'll be referring in the review)
Neutral and pros:
1. P60 is the most powerful mid-range processor and it shows as the phone handles any task thrown at it
2. Camera is excellent for the price range provided you're a capable photographer
3. Design Looks like glass despite being actually plastic... That said, the in hand feel is bad, especially after coming from a glass back phone
4. The 6 inch18:9 1080p thin bezel display is just wow..
5. Coming to security, I'll divide it into 3 parts namely: cautious pro, sort of con, the trust factor(you'll find The reasons for these crazy names in brackets)
A) Cautious Pro: Face unlock is super fast (but you have to enable an option to not unlock your phone with eyes closed)
B) Sort of con: lack of fingerprint scanner ( but For me, whose hands are sweaty most of the time, fp reader is useless)
C) The trust factor: look, if you're using Android, Google has your data and we can't do anything about it.. but as realme 1 has a custom skin on it and as a result of it, even Oppo has your data... They claim that it is secure and also provide some extra features (which are good *if* REALly secure) in security settings but the question is, can we trust Oppo?
6. Speaker is loud for the single speaker at this price
Audio output via headphone jack is noticably excellent.. If you're an audiophile like me, this is the way to go, at this price... it's way better than honor... Tested it with Sennheiser CX275S (will be updating with others as well)
7. Necessary things like Call quality, signal reception and others of this sort are good.. however earpiece volume isn't loud and you may have trouble in traffic(headphones recommended)
That pretty much sums up the neutral things (will update if anything new is found)
Major Cons:
1(and only): UI (Color OS)
This is by far the worst custom skin I've ever seen... This is the combination of things that people hate about iOS and the things that people hate about Android...
There's no restart option...
Settings app is a mess...
Notification panel is a mess..
Status bar is a mess..
Home screen too is a mess and hence Custom launcher ( I use Microsoft launcher) is highly recommended...
All this is accepted if it's well optimised.. but sadly no... After rebooting the phone, you'll be left only with 1.8 GB RAM remaining... i.e. 2.2 GB of RAM being used by the UI... That's insane
Reduced a star due to the UI...
Sad part is: you can't even install a custom ROM cuz mediatec doesn't release the kernel source code of their processors

Super amazed at the product.
I had ordered the 6 gb RAM and 128 gb memory phone. Pricing is a big deal. Originally priced at 13990 (though the MRP is 14990), there was a 1000 discount on the Amazon great festival sale. Then on 12990 a 10% discount by SBI card of RS. 1299 and to top it over a rs.1000 Amazon pay cashback. So net the 6 gb 128gb phone could be owned only for rs.10691 which is a steal.

Now about the product

1. Delivery bang on next day before 1200 hrs. Much before the expected time given by the courier person.
2. Picture quality is good. I am not a very high end camera expert,in but pics are pretty crisp and clear. Happy with that.
3. Sound is also pretty loud for the phone.
4. Most important is the storage.
When I switched on the phone, available memory was 106 gb out of 128 gb of internal memory. That is understandable considering that since the phone needs that much space to run such huge memory. Even after loading 3 Banks, and 2 mobile apps, and two television apps still memory remains at 105 gb. I feel great on that account.
5. I was astonished to find that out of 6 gb RAM, there was a balance of 3.92 gb for working. Great at that. After loading these apps also, RAM available is still at 3.06 gb.

And there isn't any lag anywhere. Super fast movement between apps too.

Overall a great product at great price. Go for it.

With competition I think oppo has come with a product to kill redmi series. And this has the capability to do that.

This is my favourite device running a Mediatek Processor. Helio P60 is just too good, matches & exceeds Snapdragon P636 under most test-condtions. In fact, it can give a close fight to Snapdragon 660 too for some cases. Notch-lovers may still not buy it, but it is still a value-for-money buy. The only qualm I have is about the camera, which performs some unrealistic beautification using AI. P60 supports Camera2 API but google Camera doesn't work on this phone yet.

Perhaps, the only close-contender would be Asus Zenphone Max Pro M1(4/64GB) version, that's available for a great price now under offers. Infact, given the offers, I may even buy the Asus instead, nothing wrong with this phone though.
