RECEIVED FAULTY PRODUCT IT IS FREEZING , NOT WORKING AT ALL, AND THE TECHNICIAN WHO VISITED SAYS EVERYTHING IS FINE ... ... pathetic technical service ,, how can they just see th ephone and say if it is working or not , without using it for sometime or usage of machine diagnostics..would like to upload videos also ... but seems can't do here ..

The reason for this star rating is due to Flipkart worst exchange policy.. it's cheating the customer like anything. they don't have answers for my question.. please don't buy with exchange in Flipkart, you will end up with frustration. otherwise mobile is good as of now.

using this phone for almost a week No cons according to mepros. signal strength and internet speed I have not used many phones. so I can't compare camera. but it can take awesome picture if u control it manually. many reviews saying about heating issue. I have not face any. Maybe because I don't play game. I alaws tun on power saving mode. higest temp 37

I'm user of redmi 3s prime for past 3yrs.. it doesn't have IR blaster and pattern unlock. other than that I'm enjoying this phone..if you don't need IR blaster and pattern unlock just go for this device.. smooth and handy.. I'm big fan of MI and I'm fed up waiting for Redmi note 7 pro..I have MI HRX band and MI Bluetooth headset.. it works perfectly with this device.. blindly go for it guys..
