Wrist phone, worst service by Amazon 1.0 stars
Amazon Send fault product, service is also very worst. Never recommend any product in Amazon. After several follow ups Amazon accepted by return the product. With our visiting Service executive, he canceled return product.

Bettery Backup is 0 1.0 stars
I have ordered twice this phone but i am facing the issue of bettery . Bettery goes down 100 to 85 with in 10 mintues ,85 to 50 with on 30 mintues. I am a valuable customer of Samsumg but this time i am very disappointed from A 14. Look wise its a good handset ,camera is also fine . If u want to keep this phone please purchase a power bank and keep it with you every where you dont know when u need to use it.

It is not having Mira-cast and improvemant required to take screen shot. Charger to be purchased sepertately for fast charging.

Not a worth purchase 1.0 stars
The phone had all the looks and feel of a good 5G band phone from Samsung. But after using it for 2 days, it started showing up problems. While calling, the mic and speaker gets hang and dont respond. Need to restart the phone to get into normal.....While watching videos on YouTube or during any zoom calls, the screen display goes off, which is irritating. Shocking part is this phone doesn't have Gorilla glass protection, whereas other brand of the same price range provide better features....So my personal advise is to think and think again before going for this Samsung A14 5G mobile phone. The phone is newly launched and may improve its functions after some updates.
