I got this phone this week and quite pleased with the phone. I am convinced that this is one of the best phones which Samsung has produced in some time. Dual Sim is very important to me and this phone gives that facility. Even Note 2 or 3 doesnt provide dual sim. Obviously you cant insist for all features in the world in one phone. Bought this phone for 21k,and really think it is worth it.Forget the TFT display(Which only seems to be the drawback),this phone really rocks!Right from looks to performance,everything is really worth every penny you spend! moto g vs samsung grand 2 .....either the people don't know about smartphone or they are moto guys...you know what I am saying.. ...
these are of different category and can't be compared. ..one is phablet and the other one is mobile....each one is a performer in its field...
now to the performance of grand 2 ...there are rumors that its slows down ..hangs etc ... ...all rubbish. ..
using this from last 4 days. .....installed most heavy games from play store like asphalt 8 , virtua tennis pro...

Am big fan of Chinese phones, mms,xolo and have been using them all. I bought this phone a week back for 21600/- and wanted to highlight a few things which are not discussed here so far.

1. Display - this is TFT screen and is much crispier than note 2/3. Check YouTube
- screen viewable clearly at 179 deg
- supports S view cover like note 3 , I just love this
2. Performance - games have no lag (steel/commando)

Nothing compared to Moto G. We can compare both configuration and then it feels moto g is much better then this phone

Comments as per first impression (based on 3 days use)

1. Design: Nothing new

2. Build Factor: Quite slim from previous grand and also the faux leather back flap makes it better. The front body is textured (like MEGA 6.3) and looks better than original Grand.

3. Performance: Absolutely Lag-free. I don't play games and my priorities are performance widgets and business organizer apps along with PDF and document editors and these work well.

4. Camera: Haven't used much, but seems fine.

Branded (still dont have confidence in the newones like Asus-Micromax etc)

Decent battery back up finish is better than grand ergonomic s much improved software widgets and everything very useful.l do know paid couple thousand extra but worth it. Also flipkart very cooperative in every aspect.
