Very Bad hardware

Phone SM-G531FZWDINS is poorly designed and takes 4 - 5 hours of time to charge 2600 mAh battery.
Initially I bought Gold colour and found faulty and second day they delivered white colour (G531FZWDINS) which again made me to walk to show room and customer care in anna nagar chennai for 5+ times.
As Chennai Samsung customer care unit have no tools and knowledge about testing heat produced by phone.
It is producing too much heat, even if i clear RAM and run only file manager.
:( :( :( :( ...
