You get same build quality, same specs , same android version in 10,000/- Rs (karbonn, xolo, micromax ... name it). The only upside may be 0.3 inch bigger screen.

Huawei Ascend Mate is better in all aspects. Better display (IPS+ with gorilla glass ) double the resolution, double the Battery, bigger screen at 6.1 inch, far better build quality , better camera, double the CPU, far better graphics (16-cores) , better ram memory ..... just about everything is better ,...

its a wonderful mobile with great features. a must buy for anyone who like a mobile with loaded features

Just bought one. Ive been using samsung phones for quite sometime. Wanted a good dual sim with good battery life. Mega 5.8 looked like the one.
Cons: Size:Handling it in store felt just a bit big. But again putting it in pocket is a issue. Also holding it for long calls will be an issue. I would have prefferred a 5 inch phone that had this kind of features in dual sim.
Pros: Other than the size samsung mega more than meets my needs

the era of big sized phones started from previous year .first they made 4inch,then 5 inch ,now5.8inch and in mega 6.3 it will exceed the limits of phone size what the reason of making so big sized phones if we cant carry the easily in our pockets only .2 inches more and it will be tab then there will be no differnce between phones and tablets Shit on u samsung and my best of luck to u make a 13 inch phone which can be considered as a laptops size

Performance is good. Style is the same as samsung's poor quality look ,Samsung's any phone cant be compared with Quality Products like Apple ,HTC , Blacberry. i meant the quality all in all.

Who ever says galaxy s3 or s4 or any crap. Samsung cant beat any of the above Brands, samsung may be no 1 seller in the world .but trust me features and crispness wont be as good as VIP Products like above said.

Well why to bring a phone in the market with dual core now when everyone is gung ho on quad core ones...?? Also in the almost same price range as Samsung S3--the wonderful beast is still working its magic??? The phone lacks all the things to capture the crowd...!! Misses good display , quad core , and oversized....makes S3 a far far far better choice...Antutu scores for S3 are around 16k+ and this one is around 7k..its just a old material packed in new packing..nothing else so people dont get...

there is no gorilla glass in it, over priced phone and it should be around 19k----20k. Samsung is making Indian customer fool. Please do not buy this phone instead of it buy Huwaei Ascend.........................................................................................

I have just got this phone for 23500 . Screen quality is good , Camera is awesome. Best part this phone doesn't hang at all. Just a little too big for pocket but overall a great phone having features of s3 and s4 like s voice , photo with 9 sec of audio , group play etc. My recommendation just go for it......

nice yar.i got it yesterday just 23,900.i think this is a smsung galaxy s4 mega.look like a galaxy s4 no doubt.nice clarity and super fast processor.camera is awesome.everything is perfect.we can carry everywhere it's not a too big easily put ma pocket.it's a awesome phone in this price range.note2 is far better than this but cost is too high.this to buy a good medium phone lovers sure
