I prebooked the phone on 20th august, as i had read the offer of 10k coupon before 27th or 28th august, was to be delivered on 6th September, got on 14th September, i tried to redeem the coupoun on 16th, as i was out of station, and had no clue about the before 15th September redeem rule, and wasn't able to redeem 10k instead getting 7k, samsung informed me that you had to redeem it before 15th, which wasn't mentioned earlier in the site, because before prebooking i had checked multiple times, now samsung says amazons fault for delivery, amazon says we will get back to you if we can or cannot help you on this matter via email. Thank you Amazon and Samsung for your much valuable services.
