This has been the worst experience of my purchase from Flipkart. They have delivered me damaged product and not accepting the return. I suggest never buy electronic items from flipkart. I have procured Samsung Note 5 at Rs. 34999 on 3rd October and now they are denying pick-up of the defective piece. The EKART guy is simply refusing saying that he needs to switch on and see IMEI.
I explained very clearly that back panel is damaged and it can not be switched on. The have rejected my return req...
