what about its ( galaxy note 9 ) camera ??
Not so good with moving subjects blurred shots. Great for stills and video (60fps 4k & 1080). Portrait is fine too. There's a Gcam port that works for everything except front portrait, if that helps.

if u have budget problem then go for 6t ...and if u dont care money then note 9 is better in every aspect .........note 9 s pen is awesome and camera quality is good and battery backup is also good

Yes, the Note 9 has an in-built call recorder. Go to the Dialer > Options (3 vertical dots) > Settings > Record Calls to change the settings. Works fine on my Note 9.
