I got this for my father. Within 6 months, there are issues in the speaker. Even during voice calls, there is some random disturbance and it’s not clear. Regret buying this. Overall not a great piece too.

The touch of the phone was pathetic.. I bought it as a gift for my dad.. but was very dissatisfied with the touch of the mobile.. it feels like using some 3000 rs mobile.. but Amazon is great.. After 4 days of use we made a complaint for its touch.. and Amazon was best into solving our problem and immediately gave us a replacement without any hassle.. Thank you Amazon.. but very bad Samsung mobile..

First : it looks like a cheap plastic phone. And go for a black Samsung onpro5 ,even if you think of buying .
1) the keypad is very compact making it very difficult to write even a very simple message . Not recommended to buy
2) Volume is low even on full volume .so that's kinda annoying.
3) it's a normal phone .I don't know how can people give it 5 stars or 4or even 3 .may be they are paid reviews .
4) once fully charged and if you are not using it much ,the battery works good for 24 to 30 hours .so that's fine
5) and if anyone wants to buy , BUY IT FROM ME. I will give u for same price as I brought from this website
6) once purchased ,u CANNOT get refunds so your bad again .

If you are looking for a branded android handset and Xiaomi is still not acceptable to you then go for it. On every festival sale you will find this handset being sold at around ₹5700. Value for money if you consider brand value. Else go for Xiaomi flash sales. Althogh in both case the phone is going to last around 3 years.

It got very slow just after 7 to 8 months of moderate usage

Not at all recommend for heavy users

Heating issue

There is something problem with camera it captures pictures with very less colours

Hangs alot

Battery dies very fast

Actually in my point of view, below 20,000 Samsung's mobile are not good as compared to others like Xiaomi, Vivo and etc. But my brother ordered this product without asking me first.
The main issue is with hanging and more expensive even in this advanced era of the vital availability of superb brands.

I used this phone on13 months. It is not so good phone considering brand name. I thought at least no issue for 2 years but got one spot at the center and yesterday battery got issue So replaced with original one 1300 INR. When I talked to friends, got to know this is common issue in Samsung. Will not purchase this brand any more. My another LG Nexus , have been using for past 5 years without issue.

Samsung is very good mobile but there is only problem of Charging time and the battery power retention capability. Battery drains fast if you start seeing videos or play games. Samsung is a very good company and if they improve on battery life no one can beat them.

This is a good phone and in the long run it can definitely beat the Chinese mobiles in it,s price range.At 2 GB RAM it can comfortably pass the tasks meant for it, even though after one year of continious use it has slowed down a bit.

Nice phone good quality not more features but calling & android experience is very good.
Both sim slot 4g voltee supported.Battery backup is one full day if u use normally.
It is good built quality phone by Samsung need some more features required like fingerprint & face unlock security.
It is a good deal for me i purchase it 5400 rs in a offer sale.
