Worst Samsung phone ever used 2.0 stars
I'm a Samsung lover, and award winner for contribution in the development of Tizen OS. I've never used any smartphone outside of Samsung. Last Samsung phone I used was J7 Prime (flagship ones are out of my budget), and I was content with it.

I bought On7 Prime on March 30, and was happy initially. Then after three months, charger stopped working. And then slowly phone started overheating. Battery life has dropped down significantly, almost by 50%. Nothing, except the camera and design is worth the money in this phone. Absolute disaster.

Can understand why Samsung's losing ground in India.

Hate to say, but I'd dump this phone soon, and say goodbye to Samsung.

Battery life very good... and work properly not hanged this is also good other samsung series in this price...
Camera quality amazing...
And one most thing i like this face unlock system and fingerprint system this is work properly

It is best phone in this price segment, but not for those who want a phone like s8 or s9 they thought that every phone of samsung brand is like s8, s9 or note8, note9

faulty piece 3.0 stars
The phone does not show display after a certain time passes after screen timeout .This happens frequently and right since mere 1 week of usage.There is surely an issue with the piece and I hereby demand its urgent consideration.

Sometimes it will display screen is black/blank when I press power or home button. 1.0 stars
Mobile is being hanged while you disconnected the call display screen is blank for 2 to 4 minutes. If you press home button at the hanged time then it will be restarted.

I have visited service centre one time, at service centre, they have replaced the os but again after one month again same problem.

Mobile works perfect.
No hanging problem
No heating issue
Battery backup is ok
Camera quality at low light is not upto the mark.
