I am quite happy with the service provided by Flipkart, but the product is faulty, my calls keep dropping which never happened before, did a factory reset and that still didn't fix the problem, on the contrary it added another problem, the battery started draining very fast, A 100% recharge wouldn't last 6 hours. I don't think it is a problem with the brand and make of the phone but just this piece I received. I would have given a 5 star rating had the product I received was in good condition...

i received this phone today and OMG its an absolute beast.. everything is good about it.. and am 100% satisfied.. u guys should go and get this fantastic phone.. satisfaction guaranteed!!! :D i don't mind the plastic back it does feel premium.. as such u get plenty of metal back covers for this phone in the market! Though the internal storage is around 8.6 GB Samsung has released updates which has increased the memory!!! ^_^ so am extremely happy with Samsung and its GS4! go for it guys.. u...

Bought the phone both for the discounted price and its features which still compete well with the latest models. Has heating issues and feels very frail and delicate in the hand. However I am a very spare user so its not really a problem. happy with the purchase.

it just heats up a lot with a minor usage .
i cant even put it in my pocket for a duration of 1-2hrs.
its battery is also draining very rapidly
i even contacted the customer care they were saying that they can only exchange this product only on battery heating problems not motherboard heating and cancelled my return request.

well i purchased this today ! Its really a good and innovative phone. I have received this device with Kitkat. Everything is fine expect the heat somewhere near flash. Its not really uncomfortable but still you will feel weird while using this phone. I will rate it 8/10
