This was an order for a Samsung S5, from WS retail. It has hardware problems - overheating when surfing the net. It was purchased assuming a Flipkart warranty for a 30 day return. Accordingly we made a return request. We were told that a Flipkart representative would call for assessment. On two occasions, the call had come but on one occasion the phone was busy and the representative did not call back, and on the other the caller hung up or was unable to connect.

First of all at 35k this is the best phone available. Those who are whining about it's plastic built or lack of lte should experience the product and think about the priorities. The plastic used in back cover feels much more premium than anything available in this range. LTE is not yet widely available in India and this phone would have been outdated by the time LTE becomes widely available at reasonable price.

This has been my worst ...

First things first, This phone is a fabulous piece of gadget,with no issues what so ever.
