The exchange offfer is good.but they must know the difference between a used phone and a new phone.the guy who came to pick my phone was i initially reluctant saying that my phone has "dents" wherein they were just minor scrathes on the back which is obvious during 18months of usage.wasted time in that.rest assured the phone is great.
