Good phone but worst... 4.0 stars
The phone was delivered only after a week I placed the order. The phone operates quite well. But while packing it they misplaced the earphone the ones which were usually given with lower end models. There is no ear bud in that. When I asked them to replace this with a proper one they refused to do so and offered a compensation of 500 that too in flipkart wallet and not in my bank account. Even though am giving 4 stars only coz of the phone.

How it feels in your Hand. 1.0 stars
I am using this C5 Ultra for the past one month.I have to be near the plug with in 4 Hours and WAIT for the set to get charged for nearly 4 hours. AND as I use the gets hottest. in this weather I dont Know how it is going to be in summer.
