i am using this mobile from last 2.5 years..still giving great performance without any issue..battery life is still as powerful as when i buy..greatest mobile of xperia series i have seen

I was very happy with the phone initially but just after 6 months it has started giving constant problems and hangs quite often. I have to wait for about an minute to make an call becuase thats the amount of time this phone takes to run a query.

Give it a skip.

1. Sony Xperia J this mobile is not impres.
2.720p videos not work in this mobile. Camera photographs is not good,templerun game very slow working, no Bravia engine. The display is good and so are its other features like the music player.

This is the worst product I've ever purchased Online. The delivery service from flipkart was good. However, this mobile never worked properly. I had to send this to service centre for 4 times. Each time either processor was faulty, or touch sense was not working. Mobile was restarting frequently by itself. processing was slow. Even after replacing the parts; it never worked. Much disappointed with this.

This is a good looker. Basic operations of calling or opening contacts soemtimes become a bit slow. Browsing, Photography etc are a great experience if u have a 3 G network around. But after spending 15k i realised that all android phones tend to become slow. Speaker volume for the music is the worst. Now i am planning to buy the ultimate...I Phone.

just purchase my xperia j on 14th nov...dis phone showing lags nd lags nd lags...front camera nd sweep panorama shots stopped working after 2 dayz... pathetic phone...go for samsung if u want lag free experience...not go for looks please..

I regret buying Sony Experia. It has hardly any battery life. Even if it is not used, battery lasts only for a couple of hours and if in use one has to keep it plugged lest it went off in the middle of a conversation. Camera is pathetic, takes its sweet time to click, only ok for still objects. In case you want to capture a moment, all that you will get is a post event photo and not a good one at that. Silent mode doesn't vibrate. forwarding a business card is cumbersome. Bought it from Flipc...

Its happy to see that the sony brand now produces economical phones with much better battery backup, which 2 factors were missing before.......

1. Looks and interface is too good.
2. Camera quality is very good.
3. Video playback quality is also very nice.
4. Internet is fast.
5. Battery life is good.

Why you should not buy?
1. Hardware is not good enough. So it will become slow sometimes.
2. Music quality is not very nice and loud. You should have your won headphone and have to customize the equalizer to make it loud.
3. Can only detect 2 fingers (Samsung S Duos can detect 5).
