Its been a couple of months i have this phone now.Have upgraded it to ICS and it works just as fine as it did with jb.Games havent got a single lag till now and the display is the best.Camera is too good in daylight but not so wen using flash.Memory myt be a little less but i use otg cables to connect to pd to watch hd movies while travelling.Music quality also is good.The button on the transparent strip works unlike in U & S.

I purchased this mobile more than a week ago and I must say its really fast in operation. No hangups or restarts.
Upgraded to Android 4.0.4 and the music player is now Walkman, which is really awesome.
Did not explore the NFC feature yet, rest all looks just great.
Only thing is the battery life which lasts only for a day provided my usage, but no Android lasts any longer.

All in all I am really happy for my money.

I place this order on the 15th of August and Flipkart self delivered it on the 18th August. Awesome service once again by Flipkart. I wanted to have the product sent to my North East India address but for some unknown reason Flipkart could not deliver there. So I chose my Bengaluru address instead which Flipkart delivered in no time in perfect condition.

BATTERY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got my new xperia P one week back.. I must say battery is very very weak. I used the phone just for some messages and phone calls and in no time battery drains . THIS IS TOO MUCH. Even when the phone is idle the battery drains (like when i go to sleep it is 100 % , morning when i get up its only 54%...WHAT THE HELL??????????????????)

I request SONY to please change the battery of this phone... This is something serious . Or else day the is near comi...

I bought it outside flipkart.I always wanted a Sony mobile becos of its look,feel,music and camera.
I was looking for U/Sola but the screen size were less.I wanted a ~4" screen.So the range kept on incresing and I bought this for 23K.
The phone performs well with dual core.HD videos are delight to watch and camera is 8MP so no question abt pic clarity even at 6MP.Music is awesome and in headphones its uncomparable.If you are using 3G then you will never use your laptop again.

I am using this phone for around 8 months.It is as it was after buying.Comparing to that time battery is draining little faster.But that is not at all a problem.It is really worth f the price....n after all it is XPERIA!!!!!!!!!!

I am a Sony fan, used w810 for 4 years, then Cedar J108i for 8-9 months and then opted for this headache.
I have been using this Xperia set since Aug 2012.

Please note this handset is beautiful by looks and performance as well in many aspects. But time is only matter to love/hate this handset.

Major Disadvantages of this handset,
1. Battery Life: ~1350 mAh battery is not acceptable. You need to charge it 2-3 times a day if you have to do voice/video chat or WI-FI/3G access.

it was a great experience to use Android Phone for first time. I was astonished by the bright clear display and amazing "SONY" sound.
The phone is all good and a best buy except for a few glitches:
Battery...if you have a data pack enabled...that continuously runs the system for regular updates, your battery is drained within 2 days without even a single call.
Old Version of Android(2.3)... a constant reminder for upgrade irritates me, but i don't upgrade coz of issues with the upgraded vers...
