Does it support VOLTE feature with Reliance JIO network? is it possible to make calls without myjio app? if yes what are the settings required to be done for using VOLTE festure?
Yes. It supports VOLTE. Jio works perfectly fine with Xperia Z5 premium dual. Just insert the sim and switch on VOLTE in sim settings. as simple as that!
