I bought this mobile (Xperia ZR) from Flipkart on 15-Aug-2014. Delivery was fast as usual from flipkart which was satisfying. Phone worked well but gets heated while playing heavy games and sometimes when on call. If heating can be ignored, then the phone is exceptionally good to use. (4 Stars for this)

This phone has uncomfortably low in call volume, this is a problem with Sony Xperia Z,ZL,ZR,Z1. Google it, You'll come to know.
Unfortunately this is doesnt seem to be fixable by software to any good extent.
Extremely disappointed with SONY coming out with such a useless product.
Will try never to buy a SONY product again.

For a while, I was trying to decide between this one and the Xperia ZL, which has a bigger, higher resolution screen (5" 1080p) and a definite upgrade to Android 4.4 Kitkat. Decided on this one after looking at it in-store and also because of waterproofing feature.

I was looking to buy Nexus 4, but the only thing which was stopping me from doing that was its non-expandable memory, and as google wants to promote its cloud services (and may be they are better), but with network quality in India its is definitely not a good option and the monthly subscription will also burn hole in your pocket.
