pathetic after sales support. No spares! 1.0 stars
I am using it for the last one year. The phone gets heated when using 4G and also sometimes while charging. The swipe Mobile company is very lethargic about after sales. The spares are not available anywhere. My phone's back panel got broken and I am not able to get a replacement. I contacted customer care, with no use. They ask for service order. When I reach out to service center, they don't agree to take my phone as they say they don't get spares and there are mobiles with them awaiting sp...

Waste product...don't buy it...the service centres have worst servicing...they don't provide free service even there is warranty...the customer care won't respond properly even after calling so many times...customer service is worst...actually I want to give negative rating for this product...don't buy this product...

good screen angle
nice finish glass and metal body edges

heating some time heavily
poor sound quality from headphones
lots of preinstalled apps which cant be uninstalled

This phone has good specification but a lot of bugs in the software. Volte video calling is not working and suddenly voice calling also stops. Not recommended.

VoLet sim slot (slot-1) not showing full network and more disturbing. When same place other mobile showing full network. I want to suggestions from manufacturing company technical support.
