Worst product quality and worst service 1.0 stars
Recently I purchased Tecno Phantom X2 on 20th jan23. Hardly 40 days I have used. Not even a single scratch or dent in my mobile. Suddenly the power button is not working. When I visited the service center they told me that it was not covered under warranty and I need to pay 1350 for the power button. But when I enquired in the local shop they asked for only 400 rupees to change the button. Is this the quality of the tecno mobile whose buttons work for only 40 days? I hardly used it. If money is the only moto of the company why tecno has to give a warranty. In this extra one month warranty is also mentioned. any use in giving this? And the customer support who is there in Tamilnadu region very worst. They dont even know what to do. They redirected me and told mail to service and talk to them. Very very worst behavior of the support team. What is the procedure to get it cleared? Just using it for 40 days y should I spend 40000ruppes? for this, I could have gone for some seconds mobile. I had a good opinion on the reliability of the tecno mobile but it made me really frustrated after hearing this from your service people. Kindly provide me with the solution.
