When the phone was first delivered to me it did not work well and constantly hanged. I complained to Amazon and they promptly replaced the phone. The replaced phone is working amazingly well since then. This is the best phone in this price range. Special thanks to Amazon customer service.

I bought this phone in Dussera deal for RS 8999 mrp - some exchange discount. However, within 15 days, the price was revised to RS 7999. This is pure cheating from Samsung. This is happening inspite of my buying the phone in launch time during Dussera. Totally disappointed with Samsung. I would stop buying their phones further.

As per specs it's a good mobile,looks and feels is also very good.Battery is descent (though expected more due to sAMOLED). Display is really good.camera is average/good as per budget.But it lags some basic features.Phone is slow to respond,app loading time is more..sound quality is very bad.loud speaker is not loud.call quality is worst.Don't expect to talk in this handset in crowdy area like train ,bus..even normally call volume is so low I have to activate hands free mode.Waiting for software update to fix the problem (probably).

Worst product. M10 is thousand times better then this M10s. First sensor issues after replacing Mobile phone not even switching On. If we have Wifi connection of 2 Ghz & 5 Ghz, in this M10s , 5Ghz not showing in list of wifi to connect. 2Ghz wifi connection only showing in list that why we can connect2 Ghz wifi connection only.. so Pls go for M10 and don't buy M10. And another suggestion is you can go for M30. Very good pruduct.

There is noticeable lag as soon as you boot up the device. Out of 3 gb RAM only 1 gb is available for use - poor RAM Management.The screen looks good from a distance and when you look closely you can actually see the pixels giving up.Face unlock is fast, cameras are mediocre and battery is good. If you are looking for a phone with better RAM management then this device is big NO.

Right decision taken by Samsung to reduce the price by 1000₹ within 15 days of its launched. Those who (including me) have purchased it with its original price feels cheated. But I still believe with its current price 7999 the phone is not worth as you can get much better options. So I will not be surprised if it makes another price cut within next 15 days.Now abt the phone , I only find the battery and the super amoled screen good, Rest the camera , cpu performance and signal strength not good. Finger print sensor is slow. For comparison the Redmi 7 gives better performance than this phone. I am sure with this price bracket there are much better options available in amazon itself.

Camera quality is not good, phone is very slippery, phone is very slim and light weight, there no return for this phone from amazon, there is a defect in front camera, I raise a complaint to amazon services team they send one executive he told something to me and he updated something in amazon site. NO RETURN FOR THIS PHONE PLS CHECK BEFORE BUYING.
