Purchased as a gift for my mother on Dussera. Received a faulty product, with dead pixel on the screen. Return requested, have to wait for the technician visit till 18th october.Are they selling faulty products on Great indian sale.Horrible

Network Quality is very poor

Don't rely on Samsung in budget segment it's a high end maker. Gave 3 stars just for the brand. Nothing to boast of this phone. Bot it for wife, now she's thinking of divorcing me.

Camera quality is moderate. Processor speed is good. Audio quality is good. Video quality with super Amoled screen of 6.4 inch is more than excellent. Not at all heavy even with a 4000mAh battery. However, it gets heated up while fast charging. I bought it at Rupees 8099 during the Great Indian festival and since I always prefer Samsung over any other brand, I know that I couldn't have got a better phone at that price.The seller was STPL and the product was delivered within 36 hours. The packaging was good.So if someone is not too obsessed with the camera quality then this phone is really an excellent choice.

Samsung Galaxy M10S is one of best value for money phones from one of the most trusted mobile company of the world. Flagship quality screen(HD), good cameras(Wide Angle), very good sound quality(not very loud), very good battery life(more than a day on heavy usage), decent performance and awesome software (One UI). The phone is very sleek.More trustworthy and lesser privacy issues than Chinese brands like Redmi, Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, Vivo and One Plus.I hope Samsung provides quick and fast Android and Security updates.Except Facebook and Netflix other Non Samsung bloatware can be uninstalled. When setting up or even afterwards all ads can be disabled.As it is a Super Amoled screen and black pixels remain turned off and do not consume power I suggest that buyers should download and apply pitch black wallpaper and enable Night mode in notification and in other apps to get even better battery life.

Worest product samsung decided to gain profit due to lots of brands providing smart phone with cheaper cost so Samsung all so decided to reduce body quality reduce body volume and even incoming call ringing body gets vibrations , battery says hicapacity but due to signal strength week it's drained fast , they provide samedisplay form past 2017 ,but they changed names AMOLED ,SUPER AMOLED ,SAMOLED like that ,but all are working good aparience in adaptive display mode only jus skittle bit change in on display different types modes , in soft ware all so they reduces lots of options have a look in settings with old smart phones
