Using this from 4 and a half year only 2 problem its 3 g and can not upgraded to latest android 3.0 stars

I've been using this phone from 4 and a half year and not a single issue i've got so far,
The only two problems are first it is 3 G phone second it can't be upgraded to latest version of android even lolipop not supported in this handset so cant install latest version of apps like paytm/phonepe /pubg etc. Although performace is far better then other phones of same specs

I am giving 1 star to this Phone as there is no negative marking. This phone is a loot from Vivo phones.
Phone Issues:
. Lot of a lag on any app
. Even the contacts don't load up
